We normally ship your order within 1 business day with Royal Mail, Hermes or other local delivery services. 

 

Availability and delivery

We normally dispatch orders on the same day, provided that the article can be shipped from our warehouse and the order is placed by 2.00pm. We will notify you if an article cannot be delivered for any reason. Please also note that many delivery companies and couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping costs

We offer FREE delivery on some small items, and have additional delivery service options you can choose at check out:

1.      Standard: ‘Tracked 48 service’ normally arrives within 2-4 business days and includes tracking & compensation. The tracking number can be checked (on the Royal Mail website) to track your parcel.

2.      ‘Tracked 24 service’ normally arrives within 1-2 business days and includes tracking & compensation. The tracking number can be checked (on the Royal Mail website) to track your parcel.

3.      ‘Special Next Day Delivery’ is our highest level of service and will arrive the following day before 2pm. This service is trackable and includes compensation.

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time of 1-5 working days (dependent upon your chosen service level), we understand your impatience, but may ask you to wait for some more time. If within 7 days, your order has still not arrived, please contact us.
